I have actually fallen once and twisted my ankle a couple of times but usually I just get looks like Oh poor crazy woman….

I did this at work one day and slammed right into my office door which was all glass! Luckily I just had a sore nose and broken glasses. I was teased unmercifully by my colleagues though!😕

Ouch! That has actually happened to me as well! Duh, I was so embarrassed. Luckily not at work, just a random place where I never returned and no one needs to know about. whistles

Oh. Sympathy hug! I had to leave on early retirement/disability a few years ago (not because of my bookishly bad habits though) and believe it or not, I was still getting roasted about it right up until the end! Librarians have VERY long memories!😁
